317,860 Steps Toward BILIeving!
The amazing campers at the Yli Believe Foundation’s Camp Kujo took part in The Bili Challenge where they were given pedometers to track their steps over a 3 day period all with the goal of raising $30,000.00 to be awarded to The Bili Project Foundation.
The campers exceeded their goal of $30,000 by raising an additional $1,786.00 from walking a total of 317,860 steps to make a difference in the life of someone battling hepatobiliary cancers. The generous donation of $31,786.00 is in memory of Pedro Gonzalez – the father of Ana Gonzalez, Yli Believe Founder – and will go towards funding the cost of clinical trial medication at UCSF for selected patients.
